Trips & Picnics

Learning Beyond the Classroom

Memories of school trips are among the most prominent of the formative years, largely because they are a welcome break in the routine for both students and teachers. At GPS, we believe these outings are powerful educational tools that foster bonding, curiosity, and real-world understanding.

Students on an educational trip

Educational Trips

Students are regularly taken to local places of educational importance, such as museums, science centers, agricultural farms, and factories as part of their field trips. These visits provide tangible context to classroom learning and expose students to various professions and industries.

Picnics & Recreation

Fun and relaxation are just as important! Supervised local picnics are organized for our Junior and Secondary students during the academic year. These outings are a great opportunity for students and teachers to bond in an informal setting, play games, and simply enjoy a day out.

Students at an inter-school competition

Inter-School Activities

We believe in healthy competition and collaboration. Our students interact with their counterparts from other schools when they go for Debates, Elocution, Sports Meets, and other Cultural Activities. This broadens their perspective and builds their confidence on a larger stage.
